Holiday Caravans

At Tarnside Park we have a number of holiday caravans to hire, giving the perfect opportunity for you and your family or friends to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful holiday. Our modern, fully-equipped caravans provide facilities to rival a holiday cottage. You can choose to partake in the community a caravan site evokes or enjoy some solitude by the sea.

Our static holiday homes are available as two or three bedroom models, consisting of one master double bedroom and one or two twin bedrooms. The three bedroom models can sleep up to 8 people when utilising the pull out bed located in the living area. Each caravan comes with clever storage solutions so you can have all the things you need with you.

All our caravans are non-smoking. We have some caravans with ramp access and decking areas.

Many of our pitches have a view of the sea, tarn or arable land that surround us. Please speak to our booking staff prior to booking if you have a particular request for a view. However, please remember a view cannot be guaranteed.As family friendly park we welcome bookings from family groups and hiring several caravans is popular with many of our guests, giving each party has their own space to escape to, with the advantage of all being close by.

Our holiday caravans are available throughout the year for weekly hire and short breaks.

Tarnside Park is dog friendly.

Dogs are welcome in many of our caravans. Our dog friendly caravans are the same models and standards as our ‘no pet’ caravans. We do have some caravans which don’t allow pets, so please indicate if you have a no pet preference when booking, particularly if you suffer from allergies to dogs.

We do ask that dogs are kept under control and on lead whilst on the park and any mess left is carefully disposed of.

What’s included?

We make sure your caravan is comprehensively equipped to ensure you shouldn’t want for anything during your stay.

As Self catering accommodation all caravans have well equipped kitchens with full size oven, grill and hob. A fridge with a freezer compartment. A microwave oven and toaster and all the crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils you’d expect. A separate dining area gives ample space for meal times.

Comfy sofas surround a fire in the lounge for cosy evenings during the cooler months. All caravans have flatscreen digital TVs.

All caravans have a shower room with basin and toilet whilst the majority of three bedroom models also have an ensuite toilet room.

We provide bedding for all bedrooms, including duvets, pillows and linen.

For peace of mind

Our Holiday vans all have double glazing through out as standard and full domestic central heating.

Gas, electric and VAT are all included in the cost of your caravan hire so there are no hidden charges or extras that you need to worry about. We have various additional items available to borrow or hire from reception, including cots, high chairs and bed guards. As well as smaller items such as irons and hairdryers.

Each caravan has it’s own car parking space beside the van so you don’t need to worry about how much luggage you bring. Each plot has it’s own grassed area or decking to provide you with the enjoyment of your own outside space.

Our reception and park staff are available to help with suggestions of what to do whilst you’re here. They are also on hand for any problems that may arise, although we hope there wont be any!
