This two bedroom Holiday Caravan is 37 foot long by 12 foot wide.
Located on Falcon two this Willerby Aspen has plenty of love to give to new owners. It has been very well looked after and it’s more traditional layout comes with plenty of storage. It features built in wardrobes in the master bedroom and a very handy large storage cupboard in the living/kitchen area.
It comes with a decking and full ‘skirt’ which is in great condition and has also had an outside tap fitted. The pelmets are currently down as they have been reupholstered, but this is included in the sale and gives scope to alter them as the new buyer wishes.
This van is a great price for the condition and is in a nice, end of row pitch and you can even get a bit of a sea view.
The sofa’s are not the original that came with the caravan so it does not have the usual pull out bed in the living area.
